Yesterdays post today: Kensington Gardens and Kings Cross

After classes yesterday I walked through Kensington Gardens for the first time; I can't believe we live so close to Kensington Palace.  I anticipate March 26 when the palace reopens after it is finished with it's renovation; I'm pretty sure they're updating it for the future residents, William and Kate.  So Sarah Barlow and I sauntered past the palace and through the park and then crossed over into Hyde Park to the Princess Diana memorial fountain.

We got done with dinner crew early and some girls waited for us so we could take the tube to Kings Cross station to visit platform 9 3/4.  Sadly we could only get halfway through the barrier before we were stopped because we are too old to attend Hogwarts.
